PRESIDENT - Paula D’Orazio C.I.M., P.Mgr. P.CRM
Paula completed her CIM designation in 2006 and was granted her P.Mgr. designation in 2007 Paula has also completed Western's Continuing Studies, Professional Manager Certificate. Paula has served on the board in various Directors roles such as Director of Newsletter and Marketing. Paula joined the board when she was in her 3rd year of the CIM designation. Paula is employed by ZU clean living as the Operations Manager. Paula and her husband Louie enjoy spending time with their 6 children and 9 grandchildren.
1st VICE PRESIDENT/NATIONAL ADVISOR - Don Morgan C.I.M., P.Mgr.
Don joined CIM in 1971, graduated in 1975 and was elected to the Board of Directors the same year. He has served in many positions on the Board including President in 1979-81 and achieved the P.Mgr. Designation in 1980. Don was also elected to the National Board of Directors in 1992 and served as Vice President from 1995 to 1998. After his term on the National Board, he chose to return to the London Branch Executive and was elected to the London Board of Directors and appointed Vice President and Treasurer. Don has enjoyed the many years of association with CIM and believes it has been very beneficial to the success of his career. Don has been married for 59 years to Millie and has three daughters, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
2nd VICE PRESIDENT/DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION - Rick Rumney C.I.M.
Rick has been involved with CIM since 1988, graduated in 1992. He has been a member of the board since 1993 and is a Past President. Rick was involved with the educational publishing industry for 29 years and has recently retired. He holds degrees from both McMaster University and Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador. He is active as a volunteer with the Grand Theatre and also finds time to officiate football.
3rd VICE PRESIDENT/TREASURER - Heather Mofffatt C.I.M., P.Mgr.
As a business professional for over ten years, Heather’s background is in business administration, finance, accounting, and operations management. Heather has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Western Ontario and is proud to hold a C.I.M. designation (2008) and achieved her P.Mgr. in 2011. Over the last several years, Heather has held the position of Financial Controller with three separate local organizations in the fields of Renewable Energy, Aviation, and Plumbing & HVAC Contracting. Currently, Heather is the owner of For the Record (www.ftrservices.com), providing business services to local organizations. Heather has been part of the CIM London Branch Board of Directors since 2007. Heather is married to husband Jeff and has a son Ben. In her spare time, she is heavily involved at Ben’s school.
DIRECTOR OF MEMBERSHIP - Christine Hulan C.I.M.
Christine graduated from the CIM program in 1993. She took the CIM program to enhance her Political Science degree from UWO; with a desire to gain knowledge in practical business education. In 1994, she joined the board and has held several positions such as Director of Program, Director of Education before taking on the role of President. She is a member of the Past-President's Council. In 2013, the London Branch hosted the 2013 National Conference, and she worked with an amazing group of fellow CIM volunteers on the organizing committee, which she chaired. Christine has also served on the National Education and National Membership committees, and has represented CIM on the Business Advisory Committee for the Continuing Education Dept. at Fanshawe College. Christine is happily married to husband Mark and has one daughter, Tatiana. Christine works part-time at Wright Lithographing Inc.
DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM - Lori Shepherd C.I.M.
Lori completed the CIM program in 1999. She is currently the Director of Program and is responsible for most of the events and activities at the London Branch. She works at Workplace Safety & Prevention Services, in the capacity of Regional Community Coordinator. Workplace Safety & Prevention Services provides industry-specific health and safety products, training and consulting serves to 154,000 businesses and 3.9 million employees in Ontario’s agricultural, manufacturing and service sectors.
Sandy has enjoyed working as the Branch Administrator for over 30 years. She notes that it has been a very interesting journey seeing 16 new Presidents take the helm and navigate the branch in their particular management style. Sandy is responsible for the day-to-day business, maintaining student records, assisting members, recording and preparing the minutes of meetings, and facilitating the Board of Directors. Sandy and her husband, Dennis, enjoy every minute of grand parenting with Madison and Max. Their Bishon, Sophie, is a constant companion in the CIM office.
