After a comprehensive review of curriculum submitted by the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, the Canadian Institute of Management is pleased to announce that the following program has been Nationally Accredited:

Seneca adds two Bachelor of Commerce degree programs

Toronto, March 28, 2012 – Seneca is adding Bachelor of Commerce degrees in Business Management and International Business Management to its already diverse mix of business degrees.

The Bachelor of Commerce (Business Management) degree includes courses specific to the needs of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs),

The Bachelor of Commerce (International Business Management) degree prepares graduates for careers in procurement and sales marketing for multi-national organizations.

Graduates of the new degrees will have met the academic requirements for certification with the Canadian Institute of Management.

“Each of these Bachelor of Commerce degrees meets the rigorous academic requirements for Certified in Management (C.I.M.) and Professional Manager (P.Mgr.) certification with the Canadian Institute of Management,” said Dr. Matthew Jelavic, National Vice-President, Education with the Canadian Institute of Management. “This speaks volumes about the quality of these degrees and their requirements and learning outcomes.” more
